Returning the WiFi is easy, with a premade postal form included in the package. All you have to do is take your pocket WiFi and its components, along with the postal form, to the nearest convenience store. You can also drop it off at Yamato Transport Services at major airports, as well as from various spots in the city. (Please be advised that not all convenience stores will be able to accept the package.)

Activity Detail
Restrictions
- Connection speeds and signal strength may vary by location. In case data usage exceeds 366 MB per day, the connection will be limited from 21:00 to 02:00.
- Please understand that if you wish to extend your wifi use, you will be charged the full amount for the additional days. It is not possible to switch one plan length for another once you have received the wifi. (For instance, if you book the 5 Day Plan and wish to extend it for an additional 5 Days, you will be charged for an additional 5 Day Plan, as you cannot switch to the 10 Day Plan). Please contact us with these requests as soon as possible.
- The wifi router will be delivered to your hotel between 09:00 and 12:00 of your selected start date. Due to the delivery company's schedule, we cannot provide an exact delivery time. If you will be arriving the previous evening and wish to make use of the wifi first thing in the morning, we recommend booking it starting on your date of arrival to ensure a timely delivery.
- The first day of your plan begins when you receive the Pocket WiFi, and the last day is when it is collected by Yamato Transport (with an official tracking number). Example: if you select the 5 Day Plan starting September 10th, the return date will be September 14th. Late returns will incur a fee of 1080 JPY for each day past the end date.
- Returning the wifi is easy. Take your pocket wifi and its components (placed in the zipper bag or original box), along with the postal form (a red form with the address of the provider) to the nearest convenience store (such as Lawson or Seven-Eleven) or a Yamato Transport Services desk. Please understand that the final package pick-up time will depend by each convenience store, so we recommend asking them about the time in advance to avoid being charged late delivery fees.

- Please note that not all convenience stores will be able to accept your package.
Additional Notes
- Please note that you may not shorten your plan after you receive your Pocket WiFi.
- You may not receive your pocket wifi on the exact date specified in the case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Should your Pocket WiFi arrive damaged, please report this immediately upon receipt and we will replace it for free.

- Additional fees will be charged for loss, damage, and for delay of return.
- For all customers to equally enjoy using their Pocket WiFi LTE GL06P, there will be a limit on the data usage. Data limits on the Pocket WiFi LTE GL06P: - If you go over 3,000,000 packets (approximately 366 MB) of data transfer in 24 hours, a limit will be applied from 21:00 on the day until 2:00 the following day. - If you go over 7 GB of data transfer in a month, a limit will be applied for the remainder of the month. The limit will be removed once the stated time has passed.
