- Any cancellations made between 3 business days (18:00 local time) to 1 business days (18:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 18:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

For participants who will be picked up from Karuizawa Station, please gather in front of the 1st floor elevator of the North Exit. Staff will be waiting for you in the area.

- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
- In case the tour is cancelled due to bad weather condition or when the tour operator cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, cancellation fee will not be charged. However, if the tour is shortened due to inclement weather, refunds will not be issued.
- The price of the optional pick-up/drop-off transfer may vary depending on the number of participants and route.
