From Nippombashi Station Exit No.10, go straight down the road that is beside the highway until you reach the northern entrance of Kuromon Market (黒門市場). From there, slightly turn right and turn left at the narrow street. You will see the sushi restaurant with a white signage with "たちばな” (Tachibana) written on it.
