Stay connected at all times during your trip to Japan with a portable wifi router you can pick up and drop off at Kansai Intl Airport. Choose from a range of plans, great for both work and vacations. Get high speed, mobile broadband for your iPad, laptop and smartphone anytime and anywhere in Japan. The Pocket Wifi can quickly create group internet access and individual WiFi hotspots; connect wirelessly to many devices such as iPads, laptops, digital cameras, iPhones, Android phones and game devices to let you play games online, transfer pictures and keep in touch. Visit the counter in the International Arrival Lobby, located on the 1st floor of Terminal 1 (Near the South Arrival Exit and next to Airport Exit F). The counter is open from 7:00am - 10:00pm, but after-hours returns can be made via the return box.
Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellations made after 00:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Restrictions
- Please understand that if you wish to extend your wifi use, you will be charged the full amount for the additional days. It is not possible to switch one plan length for another once you have received the wifi. (For instance, if you book the 5 Day Plan and wish to extend it for an additional 5 Days, you will be charged for an additional 5 Day Plan, as you cannot switch to the 10 Day Plan). Please contact us with these requests as soon as possible.
- Connection speeds and signal strength may vary by location. Includes unlimited data.
- The first day of your plan begins when you receive the Pocket WiFi, and the last day is when it is collected at the counter in Kansai International Airport. Example: if you select the 5 Day Plan starting September 10th, the return date will be September 14th. Late returns will incur a fee of 1080 JPY for each day past the end date.
Additional Notes
- Please note that you may not shorten your plan after you receive your Pocket WiFi.
- Should your Pocket WiFi arrive damaged, please report this immediately upon receipt and we will replace it for free.
- The first day of your plan begins when you receive the Pocket WiFi, and the last day is when it is collected at the counter in Kansai International Airport.
- Additional fees will be charged for loss, damage, and for delay of return.
