  • Any cancellations made between 2 business days (18:00 local time) to 1 business days (18:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
  • Any cancellations made after 18:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Restrictions

  • Children’s meals differ from the listed courses. Young children who do not require a souvenir, food samples, or children’s meal can accompany their parents/guardians for free, but please let us know at the time of reservation. Children who prefer an adult meal can purchase an adult ticket, even if they are 12 years old or younger.

Additional Notes

  • Custom tours can be arranged for an additional fee if you would like to request a tour for a different time, with a different route, or in a language other than English.
  • Dinner reservations are separate from other tour participants and are not accompanied by the tour guide. The tour guide will take you to the restaurant, from which point you can enjoy a private meal with your party. Dinner includes the listed course (may differ slightly from photo and depending on the season), but any additional food or drink orders can be paid directly to the restaurant. Requests for substitutions due to allergies or dietary restrictions must be made at the time of reservation.
  • Please contact the activity provider directly with the number listed on the voucher if you will not be able to arrive within the selected time of reservation. Your reservation will be cancelled if they do not hear from you within 15 minutes of the start time.
