Upon arrival, please proceed to the check-in counter where friendly ground crews will assist you as you fill in a waiver form and choose the most suitable options for your jump. When all that is sorted out, it's time to gear up and meet your tandem master for a short safety briefing before boarding.

Restrictions

  • The activity does not have an age limit but divers will need to fit in the harnesses.
  • Guests must be below 220 lbs (100 kg) to participate in this activity.
  • Please note that only 14:00 slots will be available for guests who will require complimentary pick-up services from Rotorua. Daily pick-ups are at 12:30.

Additional Notes

  • The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
  • The activity will be approximately 2 to 3 hours long.
  • Should the weather be unsuitable for jumping on the day, the activity provider will find another suitable time to complete your skydive. If you were not able to jump due to weather cancellations made by the team, you will be provided with a full refund.
