  After clearing immigration and claiming your baggage, please exit the gate nearest to the baggage claim belt where your driver will be waiting for you carrying a sign with your name on it.
  Note:
  At terminal #1, passengers would have to wait some 20 minutes for the driver to collect his vehicle from the temporary parking at Terminal #3. The driver would inform passengers of this wait.
  If you cannot find the representative, proceed to Counter GTC 5 (across from Belt 20 - 23) in Terminal 1 & Counter CTR 15 (across from Belt 36 - 37) in Terminal 2 if arrival is between 07:30 to 21:30.
  If arrival is between 13:00 to 21:00, proceed to Counter 6 (across from belt 41) in Terminal 3.
  If for some reason the meeting/or pick-up did not take place, please call the numbers provided on your voucher.

  Pick-up time will depend on flight departure details you provided upon booking. If there is no indication of pick-up time, your driver will be there one-hour after vessels’ arrival time. The driver will wait a maximum of 60 minutes after the agreed pick-up time.
