- Please note that the time limit on the card starts from when you begin to use the card, it does NOT begin once you've exchanged the voucher.
- The unlimited use of any public transport is available until the last train/bus of the final day of the card.
- Unlimited usage of public transportation: Barcelona Metro and City Buses run by TMB, FGC, Tramway, Barcelona Airport Train and Renfe Suburban Trains in Zone 1. The night buses (NitBus) are not included.
- The card is activated as soon as you use it. The time period is in calendar days; not a 24-hour period. If you start using the card at 23:00, it will count as ONE DAY already at 24:00. It is recommended that you begin using the card in the morning, if possible, to make the most out of it.
- The travel guide is available in six languages: English, Catalan, Spanish, French, German and Italian. It includes information about free deals and discounts with their location on the city map.

- Please make sure to bring a printed copy of your voucher to exchange it for a ticket upon check-in. You will not be able to participate in this activity if you only have a digital copy on your mobile device.
- Please bring a valid ID when you exchange your voucher for the card at any indicated collection points.
- Please take note that travelers need to exchange their voucher for a Barcelona Card in order to book walking tours. It is not possible to place advance booking online prior to the exchange of the voucher.
