Please look for the Left Luggage Sign and leave/collect your luggage at the Bags&Go desk. Terminal 2 is only a drop-off point and clients cannot collect there luggage there.
Note:
Only luggage transfer available in between the Airport terminals is from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1. Luggage can be dropped off until 22:00 at the left luggage office, next to the metro stop L9.

Restrictions
- This service is for luggage transfers only and does not include transfers of guests.
- Please note that a minimum of two (2) suitcases is required to avail this service.
Additional Notes
- The carrier declares that they are unaware of and are not responsible for the luggage contents. Hence, they accept no liability for any loss or damage to the objects inside the luggage.
- The carrier may reject any luggage that contains items that are considered dangerous, prohibited and inappropriate.
- The customer will be solely responsible for the valuables inside their luggage such as currency, checkbooks, credit cards, jewelry, precious metals, mobile phones, cameras, personal electronic devices, computers, medicines, watches, glasses, tobacco, and other similar objects, as well as works of art.
- The carrier reserves the right to request the lawful authority to search or x-ray screen any baggage to ensure they are safe and abide by regulations.
- All luggage that will not be picked up before 23:00 of the same day, will be considered luggage unclaimed or abandoned. A storage fee of €10 a day will be charged per luggage piece.
- Please note that staff speaks English and Spanish and might also speak Italian, French, and Russian.

- Upon booking, please select the approximate time that you will be able to send your luggage for transfer and the time you will collect the luggage.
- To ensure quality of service and safety, the carrier may request for the customer’s ID or passport when depositing or picking up their luggage.
- Please make sure to collect your luggage the same day. This service does not include luggage storage for more than 1 day.
- If you cannot locate the drop-off or collection point or in case of emergencies, please contact the number listed on your voucher.
- The customer is responsible for handing their luggage over to the carrier or service provider, preferably secure with a padlock or an alternative lock.
