• Any cancellations made between 7 business days (11:00 local time) to 6 business days (11:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 40% of the total amount.
• Any cancellations made between 6 business days (11:00 local time) to 1 business days (11:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 70% of the total amount.
• Any cancellations made after 11:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Restrictions

• The minimum driving age is 21 years old.

Additional Notes

• The tour is subject to favorable weather conditions. If cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund.
• Medical conditions or disabilities that may affect the guest's ability to participate in the activity must be disclosed. Conditions such as epilepsy, respiratory or heart conditions must be indicated during booking.
• For bookings of 1 person, guests will have the choice of driving the car or taking the co-pilot seat with the the professional driver/guide seated on the opposite side of the car. For bookings of 2 people, one person will be the driver and the other person will be the passenger seated at the backseat. Only one person will be allowed to drive but both guests will experience the helicopter ride.
