- For bookings of 5 people or less, any cancellations made after 12:00 local time on the day of the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount. For bookings of 6 to 15 people, any cancellations made after 18:00 local time, 1 business day prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount. For bookings of 16 and more people, any cancellations made between 18:00 local time, 7 business days to 18:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount. For bookings of 16 people and more, any cancellations made after 18:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.
