- For structural reasons and due to the number of staircases in Camp Nou, the Camp Nou Experience is not wheelchair accessible. Portions of the museum and the panoramic view from the stadium may be accessible.
- Audio guide and virtual experience are not included for infants aged 0 to 5 years old.
Additional Notes
- FC Barcelona reserves the right to alter opening times of the tour and museum according to its sporting and commercial activities, sometimes without prior notice. If tickets are purchased in such cases, a date change can be possible.
- The approximate duration of the Camp Nou Experience Tour is 1 hour and 30 minutes. The optimal visiting times are from 16:00 onwards.
