• You must have a printed copy of your VELTRA voucher to present upon check-in. You will not be able to participate in this activity if you only have a digital copy on your mobile device.
• Entry tickets, promotional coupons and passes that have been torn, modified, photocopied or damaged will not be accepted. They may not be resold or transferred to other persons.
• For safety reasons, PortAventura reserves the right to inspect visitors' personal property at the entrance.
• Some in-park attractions are subject to additional payment at the time of use.
• The parks will remain open despite rain. Although strong rain, thunderstorms or gales may affect operation of some attractions, once these conditions have ceased park operations will resume as normal.
