• BCN Cruise Port shuttle transfers
  Arrival transfers to the city will be subject to the scheduled arrival time of your cruise ship to Barcelona Port. A From2 representative who will be holding a sign of From2travel at the exit gate of the terminal. Please look for the From2travel representative and identify yourself by showing your transfer voucher.
  Symphony of the Seas: For all customers disembarking this cruise, please note there are 2 terminals due to the size of the ship. You will disembark from either Terminal B or C. Your transfer will be waiting for you at the exit of Terminal B. If arriving from C, please collect your luggage and go directly to B to meet your transfer.

• The maximum waiting time for the shuttle to leave the airport is 1 hour after your flight arrival. If your flight is delayed, the activity provider will try to accommodate you in the next transfer free of charge if there are available seats. However, available seats are not guaranteed. There will be no refunds if clients choose to wait for the next transfer or go to their destination by their own means.

• Arrivals at BCN Airport Terminal 1 November – March
  After collecting your luggage follow the signs to the downstairs exit door of the airport. When downstairs, you must take the FREE GREEN TERMINALS SHUTTLE BUS. Make your way inside Terminal 2B to the From2 Office which is found opposite checking desks 5 to 6 where you will be met by a representative at the desk located there. If there is no representative visible straight away please wait at the office for a few moments as they may be returning to the terminal from the transfer coach park.
  Note: Please do not move from Terminal 2B.
  Arrivals at BCN Airport Terminal 1 April – October
  After collecting your luggage, please exit the carousel area into arrivals and turn to your right, just in front of Catalonia Turisme office. There, you will be met by a representative who will be happy to assist you in finding the From2 office and transfer you to the buses. If there is no representative visible straight away, please wait for a few moments as they may be returning to the terminal from the coach park.
  Please do not go out to the coach park without first meeting the representative in the airport.
  The office in Terminal 1 is by the downstairs exit door and the From2 Office can be reached by following the sign which shows “Tour Operadors/Tour Operators/Tour Operadores”.
  Note: Please do not move from Terminal 1.
  Arrivals at BCN Airport Terminal 2
  Your flight may come in any of the 3 areas at Terminal 2, (A, B, or C). In the case of arrivals into Terminals 2A and 2C, after collecting your luggage you are to make your way outside the terminal and follow the signs to Terminal 2B. Make your way inside Terminal 2B to the From2 Office which is found opposite checking desks 5 to 6. Arrivals into Terminal 2B, after collecting your luggage please follow the exit signs to the arrivals hall, turn left towards the checking desks. Opposite checking desks 5 to 6 you will find our From2 Office, where you will be met by a representative at the office. If there is no representative visible straight away please wait at the office for a few moments as they may be returning to the terminal from the transfer coach park.
  Note: Please do not move from Terminal 2B.

Additional Notes

• Separate seats are not available for children 2 years and under. Please have them sit on the lap of a parent or guardian.
• Vehicles used can be minivans, minibuses or buses according to the number of pax arriving at the port. To downtown Barcelona: minibus of 8-13 people
• Shuttle service is available for specific stops only. Please see uploaded file for the complete list of shuttle stops. If your hotel is not listed, you will be picked up/dropped off at the nearest shuttle stop included in the list.
• Shuttles operate from 06:00 to 01:00.

• 1 carry-on + 1 luggage per person is allowed. Carry-on luggage are considered as 1 luggage. Extra luggage will be charged at an additional cost and must be communicated upon booking. Guests who have additional luggage than the specified amount will have to pay 1 extra person for each additional luggage.
