Activity Detail
Restrictions
- Avoid big meals, caffeine or drinking anything for at least 2 hours and try to use the bathroom before your session.
- If you have existing cuts, open wounds, suffering from an illness or your session falls during your menstrual cycle it is not recommended that you go through with the float.
- Avoid shaving prior to your floating session.
- Avoid dying your hair at least 72 hours before your treatment.
Additional Notes
- If you are more than 10-minutes late to arrive at the spa, your float session may be shorted.
- Earplugs will be provided so you will not get water in your ears.
Dressing & Items to Bring
- Everything you need for the session will be provided. There is no need to bring anything including swimwear.
