Upon arrival, please collect your luggage and proceed to the Customs Hall. Head to Gate 2 inside the terminal where you will be met by a representative holding a sign with your name on it. He will be wearing a beige uniform bearing the activity provider's badge.
Should you miss the appointed departure time, you can either wait for the next shuttle transfer or upgrade to a private transfer (additional charges will incur). For after hours assistance, please contact the number on your VELTRA voucher.
