Restrictions

• Wheelchairs measuring up to only 70 cm wide, 120 cm long and 135 cm high can be accommodated by the bus. If your wheelchair is larger than this or you are unsure whether your wheelchair will fit on the bus, please contact the activity provider.

• The audio guides during the bus tour are available in English, Spanish, German, Italian, French and Chinese.
• The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
• Passengers are advised to inform the driver if they wish to hop off at a specific stop.
• Ticket validity is for consecutive hours from first use. A 48-hour ticket is valid from the time redeemed until the same time after 2 days.
• Mobile vouchers or printed vouchers are accepted at all stops. Please present to the bus driver at any of the designated stops.
• The buses cannot safely accommodate two or more occupied wheelchairs, so if there is already a wheelchair user on the bus that you want to board, kindly wait for the next bus. Please ask the driver for assistance if necessary.
