Restrictions

  • Wheelchairs measuring up to only 70 cm wide, 120 cm long, and 135 cm high can be accommodated by the bus. If your wheelchair is larger than this or you are unsure whether your wheelchair will fit on the bus, please contact the activity provider.

  • Commentaries are available in the following languages: English, Spanish, German, Italian, French, Chinese and Polish. Commentary for kids is also available.
  • The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
  • Ticket validity is for consecutive days from first use. A 1-day ticket is valid for one (1) calendar day. The same principle applies for a 2-day ticket.
  • You may choose to hop on the bus at any stop along the route and present your voucher there.
  • The buses cannot safely accommodate two or more occupied wheelchairs, so if there is already a wheelchair user on the bus that you want to board, kindly wait for the next bus. Please ask the driver for assistance if necessary.
