  • The Windsor Castle is a working royal palace and planned closures/disruptions may be subject to change. It will be completely closed on the following days: - 25, 26 December 2019 Specific areas will be closed on the following days: - 25 October 2019 (State Apartments) - 13 December 2019 (Semi-State Rooms)
  • If the State Apartments are closed, the Precincts, Queen Mary's Dolls' House and the Drawings Gallery will still be open.
  • In addition to English, the tour is also conducted in other languages. The schedule is as follows: Japanese - Monday and Saturday Mandarin - Tuesday, Friday and Sunday Spanish - Sunday Korean - Wednesday
  • Bookings made after midnight local time for the same day will not receive a free lunch pack.
  • During peak season, additional vehicles without Wi-Fi may be used.
  • Queen Mary's Dolls' House at Windsor Castle is closed to visitors until further notice.
